  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or failure to respond, the package may be returned to us.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@afterhome.in. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at hello@afterhome.in. We recommend recording an unboxing video to help us process claims quickly.
